  15. IMHO it is the best genlock for the amiga, as a graphics board it's
  16. barely usable. There are two versions of it, one for Zorro II and
  17. one for Zorro III and the first one does NOT correctly display all
  18. AGA graphics (everything above 32 colors is simply stripped so
  19. f.e. in a smooth color transition in 256 colors you see stripes).
  20. The Zorro III version should correctly display all AGA resolutions
  21. including HAM-8.

  26. MyLAD sux (if you ask me, I have only started it once and then tossed
  27. it immediately). The only thing we use the IV-24 for is the genlocking
  28. capabilities and the YUV output. Unfortunatelly we're currently forced
  29. to use it in a television production environment but we would toss
  30. it immediately for our PC with a Matrox board installed if I'd finally
  31. get the programmer developer kit for the Matrox :(

  35. The IV24 is a slow framebuffer so I don't think any DVE effects are
  36. possible (get a PC with a Matrox for that).
